With a wide working width of up to 220 cm, it easily processes standard fabric rolls and accelerates the first step of your production line.Precise Control, High Efficiency You set the production pace entirely. The electronic speed control, adjustable from 0-50 meters per minute, allows you to find the perfect speed for every fabric type. The intuitive control panel, positioned directly in front of the user, offers operational ease by giving you full command over forward, reverse, and speed settings.
Smart and Smooth Fabric Flow The innovative working principle of the AKA1 takes the fabric from the unwinding rollers and guides it with precision to the special "spreading unit" (sallama ünitesi) located beneath the machine. This system guarantees the fabric is spread tension-free and smoothly. It creates a neat marker (layout) between 60 cm and 70 cm in the lower section, perfectly preparing your fabric for the cutting or the next processing stage.
